Delegates of Culture are a UK based, international Hip-Hop group that first hit the scene in late 1999.

The original line up consists of:

Skuff, Inja, Stakka Lyrics (aka S Class), Bee 109, Toe, Ill Seer, Chris Groove, AxWax, Prolific, Ninko
